Why is it that even though I got a full 8 hours of sleep last night, I still feel like I could keel over asleep right now? I had coffee this morning, so that's not it. And I've been busy, but not slammed today.
I do have a little bit of congestion - probably mold allergy since it's very humid and overcast today (perfect mold-growing conditions). Maybe that's it. Maybe if I just explained to my boss that I need to sleep at my desk because it's overcast outside, they'd understand. It's an act of God, right?

When I get more sleep, my body seems to crave even more and more and more. When I deprive myself of sleep, I go into combat mode and seem to function at least better than the crave mode, you know?
