So, in the news today is a story that Joe Jackson is going to court to squeeze a $15,000 a month stipend out of Michael Jackson's estate.
This seems like a pretty simple case to me. Was Michael giving him a $15,000 monthly allowance before he died? If he was, then it would appear that's where Michael wanted his money to go. If not, then clearly it wasn't how he wanted the money spent that he earned through a lifetime of performing, sometimes at the abusive hand of this same Joe Jackson.
Since Michael cut Joe out of his will, I'm going to assume he wasn't paying Daddy Dearest $15,000 a month to exist. Case closed.
Joe's reasoning for why he should get the money? He has "little monthly income." Sounds like a personal problem to me, douchebag.
